The homemade jams at breakfast were a hit, and just a stone's throw away, I found awesome local spots like Cappadonia and I cucci for great meals. The staff were really good, from carrying my bags to helping with restaurant bookings.
We booked the annex apartment for three nights, thinking cleaning would be included. Surprise! Not a dealbreaker, but c'mon, and those pesky shower heads? They need some TLC. Just a heads-up, the stairs might workout your legs a bit!

The fashionable and new-fashioned room with the balcony to the front. A minibar, climate control and flat-screen TV - very useful. The location in the heart of the city.

I was almost going to leave a good review, but oh my, the noisy mornings and minimal breakfast options were such a disappointment. I also expected special treatment, perhaps a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. But no, it seems like everyone is treated equally here, how quaint. Definitely not what i imagined!

The Palazzo Arone Dei Baroni Di Valentino impressed me with its very nice location-walking distance to the Royal Palace and vibrant markets. Enjoyed breakfast each morning. It was a lavish spread that brought guests together around a large table. The staff provided excellent recommendations for dining. They knew all the best local spots. My stay in the Ambassador Suite was good, boasting a lovely fireplace and an elegant decor that fit the historic charm of the palazzo. I noticed the noise levels from the street were a bit high in the mornings, which could be intrusive for light sleepers. I'd suggest adding a drying rack for wet clothes since there wasn't one available. Nonetheless, the attentive service was nice was great.

Prime central location, Unique historic charm, Lovely balcony views
Street noise can be distracting at night!!! Maintenance on old furniture needed!!! More storage solutions in rooms would be beneficial!!! Cleaning could improve to match the hotel's elegance!!!

The staff, going the extra mile to ensure every need was met. The location allowed easy access to top attractions!
While the ambiance is charming, the noise from the streets can be distracting during the early mornings, and the air conditioning occasionally struggled to keep consistent temperatures.

The staff were very good, delivering breakfast right to our room when we requested it. Be prepared for steep stairs, but the spacious layout and lovely local dining options like Cappadonia made it worth the climb!

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the Royal Palace and the vibrant local markets. The highlight for us was breakfast, where we shared stories with other guests while savoring delicious pastries and coffee.
My wife says that a drying rack for wet clothes would be helpful.

We had a blast exploring the historic center, taking in the sights like the Royal Palace and Massimo Theatre. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were super friendly, helping us with our plans. Don't miss out on the fantastic local markets nearby!
One downside was the pillows-they weren't very comfortable. Even though everything else was good, a good pillow makes a big difference when trying to get a restful night.
